Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund & Replacement Policy

If your purchase item on SENZABAMBOO.COM or SENZACARE.COM is damaged or defective please take a photo of damaged product within 14 days of receipt and contact us on our contact us page. We will email you with details about your refund or replacement request and damage photo. We love our loyal customers and want them happy!

If your refund is approved, we will credit your original form of payment. Please contact us for any refund or replacement questions.

In some cases we will ask customers to mail the defective product back.  Check your email status of your refund request.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Retail Store Purchase

If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. We recommend returning the product to the store if possible to avoid shipping costs. However, if the store cannot accept your return, you may mail your return to SENZABAMBOO: Include following: 1. Copy of your original receipt. 2. Your email & phone number. 3. Defective item
